Blue sim?

Just curious because I didn't try out all the worlds yet... I saw this picture when reading about Dragon Valley:
What kind of Sim is this?

Most likely it's just a "normal" sim - with blue skin.
If you press Ctrl + Shift + C you'll open the cheat console. Type testingcheatsenabled true and hit enter. Now press Shift and click on that sim at the same time - look for an option called "edit sim in CAS" (or something like that). In CAS, you should be able to actually change the skin color...if you want to.
You should also be able to do that with (most ?) supernatural sims too. Two of my female sims are genies, but I changed their skin color from blue to "normal" again - so that they look like regular sims.
