Game lags outside of future world?

I installed the sims 3 into the future and everything worked fine,
i put a few mods in and it took all my future content out
so i deleted all the mods and it works... but now
any other world but in the future it freezes every 10 seconds
repeatedly. I would like to go back to the original world
to change the future, etc. but it freezes so much
its annoying. Anything to help?

Hello,
Did you download the Manual Patch and Ultimate Fix and apply it to your game?
If so, can you perhaps open the Ultimate Fix.rar file and take a look inside the .pdf? What date do you see? It should be up towards the top.

That is indeed the latest version.
What about Custom Content? Do you have any? If so, please back them all up and then remove ALL of them.
Test your game now.
