Unofficial game modification does not match your current version of The Sims 3 "error message"

Ever Since I updated my game to the newest 1.63 patch ive been getting 
an unofficial game modification does not match your current version of sims 3 error message.
ive taken all my mods and cc out of my game and it still gives me the message. also a friend of mine made me a house to use for my sims 3 letsplays and when i install it through the launcher that modification message pops up and i get a message that says 
Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest software updates and try again!  i have my game up to date. Please if any one can help me fix these issues id appreciate it. im also posting a couple screenshots so you can see the messages and also that my game is up to date.

1.62 is not the latest version of the base game. I believe you will have to patch manually to the latest version by downloading and running the manual patch here:

Afterwards, apply the Ultimate Fix #crack again.

Follow the instructions in the installation guide of the decrapifying fix and you will be fine.

where is the ultimate fix crack is it the one that came with the into the future torrent from gamesfortheworld. and do i have to reinstall all my games to do this

the game modification error is gone  and my game is now updated but i did the decrapifier trick step by step and it did not work still getting error
