The Sims 3 problems - disappearing texts and characters

Dear admins, I don't know if I post in the right threads, but I really need help.

SO

After hundreds of uninstalls and reinstalls, finally the game worked, no error message, no wrong region error, no nothing. The game worked, but the only problem was, there were many texts and also the character disappeared (while on create sim). So I just quit, restarted my pc, relaunched it, but it didn't work no matter how many times I did.
Before this, I had problem playing after installing world adventure (using crack). I tried a few times, but still failed. 
SO, I read the ultimate fix suggestion, and I did. I uninstalled everything, reinstalled everything (took me days). I installed all the expansions up to Diesel stuff. Then I applied the manual patch, then finally the ultimate fix. It worked, but everything disappeared. 

Please tell me what to do next? I really can't figure it out.

Can you tell me the patch level/version of the base game? To do so, open skuversion.txt from C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Copy the number on the line "Gameversion=".

Second, can you explain how you applied the Ultimate Fix? Which folder in the Ultimate Fix did you use? What did you do afterwards?

I am pretty sure I did the ultimate fix exactly like what the Installation guide said. Starting from step 1 till finish. I paid special attention to step 10-13, that is to put both files in sims 3/game/bin. Since I installed everything from Sims 3 base to Diesel stuff expansion, in the end I used all 9 folders in ultimate fix rar. And just as suggested, I didn't apply any crack while installing every expansion, except for World Adventure (there are 4 cracks, I applied 1-2-3 to update the games).

After ultimate fix, I just launch the game from Diesel Stuff shortcut on desktop, and play the game. Then it happened. I wonder if I did something wrong during expansions installation. But I can't just uninstall everything again, it's really tiring, especially when waiting for updates and patches. Please instruct me what to do next to fix it

No, i don't use any mods or anything, I really keep it as simple as possible to make sure it works. The one in here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t859-the-sims-3-text-balloons-not-showing-missing-fix, I have tried it before, I checked mine, and it is already in English.
I purposely registered to post in here, because I really am tired and desperate, and I already searched in this forum too to make sure I didn't miss anything. 

So... is it hopeless? Do I need to do it all over again?
