[The Sims 3] Stop Working in CAS Outfit

Hello, I have newly install a Sims 3 in my PC and I'm having problem in CAS when I choose for outfits its freeze my game and popup message Stop Working. I dont have any mod installed only Store Content in my game.

I have a 32bit OS and 2GB ram and have a good graphic card up to date.

yes. I clear my Cache files but its the same.

I do Ultimate Fix and Store Fix but its not working.

Can you be more specific on which files you have cleared?

files inside the folder "Thumbnails"	*.package
pictures inside the folder "FeaturedItems"	thumb_*.png
files inside DCCache (not all)	missingdeps.idx & dcc.ent
files that end with .bin inside the folder "Downloads" and "SigsCache"	*.bin
A file that is created once you download a Sim/Pet (inside the folder "SavedSims")	Downloadedsims.index
All of the files inside the folder "WorldCaches" and "IGACache" and all of the files in the folder "DCBackup" except ccmerged.package	/

Nope its not work, still stop working.

also in ingame while I'm playing after an hour of playing or building my house its freeze my game.

Nope I dont have any Mod only Store Content and I already apply the store fix but its always crash my game.

Can you try this: Rename the folder C:\Users\(your computer username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 to anything you want and restart the game. You may lose all your save data, but don't worry, I will tell you how to recover them.

so even my store content will be lost if I rename the folder?

Yes you will, but if you have really cleared the caches and files I have mentioned in my post, then you should do so.

Ok.. I do what you say.. I rename my folder name "The Sims 3" all my save file was gone also the store content and its now ok. but when I install the store content the game crash again. I don't know whats the problem in my store content. my store content was fine in my laptop but when I use in my PC (less lag) its crash in CAS outfit mode.
