Manual patch problem.. Need Help..

Hello, I'm new to this forum and have some problem with the manual patch posted on the stickied thread.

After finished downloading the patch, I tried to run it and instead of getting the installation windows, I run into an error like this:

I have tried to change compatibility settings, with admin permission but still no luck..

and I'm on windows 7 x64,right now only the base game installed, which waiting to be updated along with those expansions..

The manual patch is already in .exe format(downloaded from the first link), so I doubt extracting is the issue? Also, I tried to install it on my other computer and it seems to run without the said problem..?

i already solve my problem but not idea what i did, the manual patch still have error when i launch it but when i open Sims Launcher appears the option to update.
