having a problem, help please?? [SOLVED]

"It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version on sims 3."

I start my game and it just pops up saying that to me.
I've got all games installed from here and have just updated with into the future and have installed the fix today also, the game is upto date.
Cant understand what's happening?

Unfortunately, 1.62 is not the latest update of the base game. Please download and run the manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch.

After that, apply the Ultimate Fix again.

To continue with what J.T. was telling you to do and in response to the error you're getting with the patch, please re-download the Manual Patch either from the same browser or a different one.  Chances are the file either 1) didn't finish downloading (it is rather large) or, 2) it somehow became corrupt.  Corruption can happen if you pause the download or if there are lots of people leeching off of your internet.  It's advised with any download over 1gb that you try to directly connect your PC/Laptop to a internet source (i.e., your router or modem) then attempt to download.  Sometimes it can even be your browser.
