if i download any crack on the original sims 3 it gives version 00000000

I have two original sims 3 games, Just the sims 3 and world adventures. A while back, i downloaded the cracks on the original games everything worked fine, now yesterday i got an error, so i removed all sims 3 games also the cracks of mijn computer and downloaded it again, but now i can't get the cracks to work on the original games, i have removed it, and installed it for 4 times but still the same, and if i start the just installed crack it says that i need to instal the disk. Can someone help me?
