Installing CC

I have downloaded some CC from EA The Sims 3 Store, but when I try to install it tell me I need to update my software? Everything is updated. What do I need to do?

What exactly do you mean you need to "updated your software"?
Do you mean the launcher for the game is requesting you to updated your game, or?

If you're able to make a screenshot of your error, that would be fantastic.

You will need to hit the button called 'PrtSc' on your keyboard, go to the program 'Paint' and hit Ctrl+V.  It should paste the screenshot of your error into Paint and then all you'll need to do is just save it has an image fine (.jpeg).  I'd suggest saving it onto your desktop.  

Once you've done this, all you need to do is post a reply here and click the tiny picture icon with a green plus that is called 'Insert Image', find and select the image you just saved to your desktop and then hit 'Send'.

Hello,

You first need to click on "Host an image". Select your file and upload. You should get a URL. Copy the URL.

Next, click on "Insert an image". Paste that URL into the box. Your image should appear.
