Need to Vent. [SOLVED]

I purchased Sims 3 Pets and Seasons. I actually paid for the crap. I bought them digitally. Everything got deleted on my computer and I needed to reinstall them. I go to my Amazon account and it says my token are expired
(whatever the hell that means). I call amazon and she said I would have to call origin. I log into my origin account and the purchases aren't there. So I give up. I'm not calling anybody else, nor will I ever purchase any software digitally ever again!

Nvrmnd! I had to redownload origin in order to see my games.
