Tree of Prosperity glitch

Hey guys i justrecently installed lunar lakes(if im not mistaken). when i try to pick the fruit my sim just go there and do nothing but the fruit disappear.i tried to download the stored fix but cannot. i still wondering that can i have more than one store fix?

I try to download it later. is okay to have more than one store fix?
