The Sims 3 Partial Problem

Hello,
so according to ultimate fix, I downloaded the packs I want and followed the steps. Everything works fine, the game starts, however I realized not eveyr pack is in the game. Such as ambitions, high end loft stuff, showtime, world adventures, movietime and fast lane. How do I fix this? Help appreciated, thanks so much

Yes, I applied the manual patch alrdy as well and then the ultimate fix. Forgot to mention that I applied manual patch too. SO basically, I followed every single step in the how to install the sims 3 correctly thread. But as I have mentioned, some packs doesn't appear in the game even if I can start the game.

Another problem :  The same day I installed the game, the game ran smoothly. On the second day, my whole computer started lagging really badly. How do I fix these two problems?

Is that the problem? Because i read some threads saying that downloaded packs can be used with based game sims.

Yes, I did everything accordin to the steps

How do you know that these packs aren't showing up in game?

Also, on your launcher, are all of the little icons on the bottom highlighted that should be? (If you don't know which are which, hover over them and it will tell you)

i knew it by the little icons. the icons of the packs I mentioned above are not highlighted and any of their featured items are not appearing in the game as well. And also, on the second day after I downloaded the game, my com is so much laggier. how to fix?
