can't install into the future due to damaged file. [SOLVED]

So I haven't been able to download the G4TW Into the Future file, at first I thought it was just because my connection sucks and that files were getting corrupted every time my internet blew out. However, after my 3rd time downloading it-- I did it with a perfect connection.

So after I extract the .rar file and then turn it into a .dmg file, when I click on the installer this is the error message I get from my laptop “The Sims™ 3 Into the Future Installer” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash." After copy and pasting and doing a few google searches, I then went to my privacy and security settings and I change my general setting from allowing app downloads from the mac and identified developers to anywhere. 

I try to open the installer again, but this is the message I get instead "“The Sims™ 3 Into the Future Installer” is an application created by The Unarchiver. Are you sure you want to open it?"I continue to click open, however it never opens.

Please redownload the torrent again and make sure you only use Stuffit Expander to open the file.
