hi Sad
i follow all the instructions, but when i come to step 11 from the The Sims 3 Update / Ultimate Fix- Installation Guide, there is a message, can't reach EA download manager, if i refresh, same message. I installed the game so as you say in *MUST READ* How to install The Sims 3 correctly. *MUST READ*

when must i install the dowload manager? with sims 3 base game or with generation, or never?
