Unable to start The Sims 3. [SOLVED]

Hi guys,I've been using Games4theworld alot before, just got my new PC this sunday.

I downloaded all the games, installed them in order. 

I followed each step https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly , very strictly. 

I got no errors at all during installation. 

When I use the crack in the fix, I get this error. "Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)"

Do I use the original base game files, (which I saved) and try to use TSW.exe I get this error - 0x024e424f, and If I try to use the the launcher, it stops responding.

Im using Windows 8 Pro x64

I installed the update in the ultimate fix thread, and yes I think I did.

#Crack folder, I copied the files into my Base game.

Have you tried launching the game in administrator mode?

I did a install, but it dident work, so I re-installed everything. Yes always trough Adminstrator mode.

Ive cleaned my registry with CCLeaner.

I rather not use any program that does stuff to my registry. I rather uninstall everything (agian) and delete registry if it is any left manually.

Team Viewer let's me take control of your computer, but you are free to terminate this process at anytime by closing the Team Viewer window.
Now, I understand completely if you would rather uninstall everything and then install it again yourself.

I am aware of what Team Viewer is for program.  Well can I ask you how you identify the "faulty" registry entries?

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Sims, and delete any folder there that corresponds to a game that you don't have installed.
If this doesn't work, then some of your registry keys are corrupted and I cannot do that through here...

I totally understand that it is hard for you to guide through. But all I see is the The Sims games I have installed.

He took his time and tried to help me over Team Viewer, doubt no luck.

Did a clean install, works perfect now.

Just one question, can I download stuff packs? Should I change the crack before/after?

Well install everything without using the torrents' cracks, then re apply the Ultimate Fix (files from the #Crack folder!)
