The Sims 4: Unable to start [solved] Empty The Sims 4: Unable to start [solved]

So I have the sims downloaded and installed. after I installed the base game it said it wouldn't start until it was updated and then I installed get to work and now after the black screen it goes back to my desktop and gives me an error message saying "Unable to start: Initialization error at start up. [135dec40:984c6a38:00000077:00000000]

Did I do something wrong?


Update: I solved the problem by using the ultimate fix. I didnt think i would have to since the thread said it was included in Get To Work but i tried it anyways and it solved the problem.
