Hi

I have installed base game and 8 expansion packs. Can I install new expansion packs after installing patch+ ultimate fix? Or do I need to install expansion packs first and later patch?

install all the expansions u want and do not apply the crack which comes along the expansion packs and after doing it update ur to v1.66 and then apply the ultimate fix
