Hello there,

Thank you for your trust in Games4theworld!

I'm not sure if I understand your problem correctly. But why not just format the USB drive?

Hi there,

Oh, odd, never heard of that before.
This should do though: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/296759-32-flash-drive-write-protected-format
CMD = the Command prompt, which you can open by opening your Start menu and typing cmd followed by [ENTER], in the Start menu's search box.

Good luck and please let us know if you need any assistance.

Hi there,

From: http://en.kioskea.net/forum/affich-32020-write-protected-pendrive-can-not-format

"1. insert the USB flash drive
2. dont open or format it directly
3. right click on my computer and go to manage
4.in computer managment window click on disk managment option
5. right click on the removable disk (i,h....)
6. select format"

Good luck!
