Trying to Install a Stuff Pack

Hi

I downloaded the Lullabies and Nursery Rhymes Set (one I don't believe G4TW had so I downloaded it from elsewhere....which may be the problem!), but it's been a while since I installed a stuff pack so I can't remember how it's supposed to work. I've searched the forum, and looked at the How to install Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs thread but nothing answers my question so here goes:

I've downloaded it but I don't know how to install it because all there is is just the file, not a folder containing anything and when I try to open the file, it asks me what I want to open it with. So either I'm not doing this right or the download is no good (or both).

Anyone fancy pointing out where I'm going wrong?  Thank you!

Hi again  I do, but I deleted everything I had in it when updating to 1.67 because I was having problems launching the game after the update. Do I simply need to put it in there? Thanks again!

Thank you but unfortunately that hasn't worked :(Does that mean the file I've downloaded is no good?

It is possible that the content isn't good, but if you don't have the recent store updates patch then the content wouldn't work either.
