EA doesn't recognise my game as official game version

hey there! i also have the same problem. i already tried everything suggested in this forum, but it still didn't work. i already uninstalled the sims island paradise, and installed it again. but nothing's change. how should i do?

Maybe make sure you are not logged in through the game launcher?
