Island Paradise Lagging Issues

Good day!

Among the expansions that I installed ( Generations, Pets, Town Life, World Adventures etc), I noticed that it is the Island Paradise I'm having issues with around 10-20 secs of lag on gametime. What I did was to moved out to a different neighborhood/location and everything seems to be fine.

How can I fix this lag in Island Paradise?

CasPartCache.package
compositorCache.package
scriptCache.package
simCompositorCache.package
socialCompositior.package

Did this and still having the same issues though.. already lowered resolution as well... Im'ma try the GameBooster part I guess...
