Problem when entering buy mode

I'm new to the site and the forum, so forgive me if I make some mistakes.

I played Sims 3 long time ago, and decided to start again after I saw the new Expansions and stuff. 
I used to download Razor Sims, World Adventures, Ambitions and Late Night, I'd just install it all, then use all of the cracks and it would work.
Now I've downloaded Razor sims and WA, Ambitions, Generations, Late Night, Seasons, Island Paradise, University life and maybe a few more Expansions. I just installed it like I used to, Install all of it, then use all of the cracks, and it actually worked.
I couldnt use some of the towns, it said I needed to buy it with Sim points or something, but that doesnt matter. So I bought a house, moved in and went into the Buy mode to buy something, and it just stops working.  Not really, music still plays, and it looks like its loading, but it just doesnt load. It Keeps loading the Buy mode, and when I enter the task manager, it says that Sims is running, you know, that it hasnt crashed that everything's fine. So I just exit it with Task Manager. I havent played much of it , but for now, thats the only problem, everything else seems to be working fine, except Island paradise. I couldnt Install it, it says it needs to patch the game, I say ok and it says Error, but that doesn't matter.

So Now I've started downlopading Games4theworld Sims 3 and I'm gonna try and do it all over again following your instructions. Can you give me a link for the tutorial, and if there's a way in which I could just fix this and keep playing the currently Installed sims.

Please re-download the manual patch and the ultimate fix then apply them again.
Do the steps in this article as precisely as possible!

Can I use the Razor Sims , or do I have to download again?

If it's not our download we cannot really guaranty if it's gonna work. It's suggested if you just download from G4TW website:
http://games4theworld.org/downloads.html
But you can most definitely try!
