Really Annoying Problem With Sims 3 Build Mode :( Empty Really Annoying Problem With Sims 3 Build Mode :(

Hello!
So I have been having this Really Annoying Problem! And I do not know how to fix it...
I've been playing Sims 3, with the following expansions:
Sims 3: World Adventures
Sims 3: Ambitions
Sims 3: Seasons
I would enter Build Mode and 10 minutes MAX into it, the screen will go black, and it will make a non-stop stuttering noise as if my computer will give out.
I've searched online for a fix but no site had the exact same problem as I do to fix.. What in the world do I need to do, to fix it?
I love building houses and moving my sims into them, but I have to say this is annoying.. Sad

I don't feel like wasting money on a new video card, besides I don't know how to put one in.

I have : Intel Core i5-4210u @ 1.70GHz       2.40GHz

As a processor, isn't that good enough?

I have around i7-3610QM 2.3GHZ - 3.3GHZ 4GB ram, Nvidia 610M 2GB around 2-3 years old laptop and i have no issue. Maybe your video card is blurring everything after 10 minutes or maybe crack/game files are broken.

Hi! Please try updating your video card drivers (download them directly from the manufacturer ATI or NVidia, depending on the model you have).

Let's know if it works Smile

Hi, Sim Architect! I've done what you had said but - It tells me there is no update available, that my card is up to date? I also have NVidia GeForce 840M And my Laptop is not even an entire year old yet. So if there is no updates available or so it says for my video card, what do I now do?

Hi! You should go to the NVidia website and download the video card driver from there.
