The Sims 3 - Pets : Help! error 0x024e424f

Hi everyone,    :newfag: 

A few days ago, i manage to install The Sims 3 (base game) and it works completely.  
I wanted to install the Pets expansion but i had some problems... I found a torrent with all the expansions and i only wanted the pets. I read the installation guide and it said i needed to install some other expansions in order to install the one that i wanted...
So, since i already had the base game doing the right thing, i deleted the expansions and went looking for some other torrent and then i found the torrent from your page. And the problem starts... now. lol.

Just like the base game, i manage to install the pets expansion. I followed the installation guide but then i got this error: 0x024e424f
I don't know what i did wrong...   


Can someone help me?

Hello,
Is your base game from here?
If it's from Origin then that's good but if it's from Steam it wouldn't work....
Anyways have you tried the manual patch and the ultimate fix? (they might solve your problem)
And when you're copying and pasting the content of #crack folder in ultimate fix make sure you DO NOT overlook it....

Actually, i found the base game in a torrent from kickass... 
But i'm gonna try the manual patch and the ultimate fix
