SIMS 3 Generations Reloaded Error (0x024e424f) [SOLVED]

HI, i am new to the sims world but am an IT guy trying to help. I have installed the following (Sims 3, world adventure, ambitions, and late night) legit games and late nights runs fine. When i install the Sims 3 Generations and then copy the tse.exe & tslhost.dll into the sims 3/games/bin folder and try to run the tse.exe file i get (unable to start game service initialization failed 0x024e424f). Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve. Oh... I am running the install from the ultimate fix download.

Hello,

You usually get this error when there's something wrong with the crack. You state that you used the error, but I think you're either using the out-dated version or you did something wrong.
Please download the latest version here and apply it: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

I am still getting the same error message after installing generations
and copying the files from crack\generations to sims 3\games\bin and dbl
clicking the generations icon on desktop.

Could you please post a screenshot of the folder where you copied from and a screenshot of the folder where you copied them to.

I see what your problem is. The folder you're copying to is correct, but your copying the wrong files. You should copy the files from the "# Crack" folder, instead of the "Generations" folder.
