Help what do I do? [SOLVED]

I am currently in old Ultimate fix which is the one before the town life, and was focused on generations.
I did everything it said even step 6 which was after I installed ambitions.
And I did step 10.

But now step 11 Is the problem. I cannot update with origin mainly because when I start origin and login and then start the launcher it auto shuts down.

I need a way to update my ambitions to the same version as generations but I cant because I Cant use the update button

What do I do?

Yes but when I did And I clicked on it from downloads It said Indirect download or something, Basically I can't update my sims 3 by just clicking the update manually

Please download the latest version of the Fix. The crack inside it works for both Town Life Stuff and Generations.
Anyhow, please note that the expansions will never have the same version. For example, if your Generations is v10.5, your Ambitions game can NEVER be v10.5 too. All the expansions have their own version. Please check the latest versions below (From the Ultimate Fix' Update History):

Also note that you never need to login to the EADM/Origin. Never. If no new updates show up when you press "Refresh", you probably already have the latest version of the game. Good luck!
