unofficial game modification after installing Island paradise NO MODS. [SOLVED] Empty unofficial game modification after installing Island paradise NO MODS. [SOLVED]

Hi! I just downloaded Island paradise from your download site.. But when im going to start the game it says that i have a unofficial game modification! 
What should i do?  Facepalm

Edit: The thing is that i have the same version (1.67) as before.. Do i need to download all the mods again to let it work? Or why is it this way?

Edit 2: I Tried to remove all my mods but still it says that i have unofficial game modification!

Make sure to use the LATEST manual patch + Ultimate fix, so re-do the steps from #2 to #4 here (do the steps exactly as described):

Next, delete the scriptCache.package, located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3. And then re-start the game. Also make sure to turn off your anti-virus software completely and/or add the location of your Sims 3 base game location to the "exceptions" of your anti-virus software - just to make sure.
