Villa Paraiso

I don't even know if this is the right place to post but I'm seriously desperate. I really want this lot (the store one) but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I searched on your forum, and the only topic I found related to this subject was locked & the solution in that one doesn't really work anymore since your mediafire account is down. I wanted to send a PM rather than posting about this, but unfortunately I didn't reach the post limit for that yet. 

Could anyone help with a download link or something, please?
