Hi, i have installed The sims 3 and all the expansions according to the instructions. however when i launch the game at the end this info pops up :
 Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on write access to 
0x03540000 at address 0x7c471070
do you wish to debug it ?


what does it mean ? wha have i dont wrong ? i am working on mac.
can anyone help ?

Hello again,

Sorry for late reply. Are you sure you succesfully applied the Ultimate Fix? If you did, please rename your documents folder in Applications/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 folder, like "Sims 3.old". And start your game aain to see if it is working now. 

Please let me know the result.
