Loading screen keeps freezing. [SOLVED] Empty Loading screen keeps freezing. [SOLVED]

When I click 'edit town' (on any of my save games/neighbourhoods) the game will freeze at the 'loading' stage. It also freezes when I try to save the game so I'm currently unable to save. I have no cc but do have the mod Overwatch installed.

Also, I would try downloading a new copy of overwatch, just in case something is going on with that.

Thanks for replying, I followed the steps you linked me to above & running the game as admin seems to have helped. I wasn't doing that previously. I also find using 'save as' instead of 'save' works better...Hopefully I won't encounter the problem again!
