Hi guys 

I have read every fix in the forums to solve my problem, but nothing helps :s I dont know where I went wrong. 
I have bought the base game and some of the expansions, but many other expansions i downloaded from games4theworld. 
Whenever I start Sims 3 with the launcher, it says 'no cd' and if i bypass the launcher everything in the menu where the world/saves/options should be are blank. I cant click on anything...
So i figured I didn't crack it properly, but I am pretty sure I did...
I put the two file cracks in the sims 3 bin (not the expansions...)
I also manually applied the 1.67 patch from this site.
After I couldn't figure it out, I re-installed everything accourding to the forum on how to install is properly.
I'm pretty sure I did it correct, but I still got the blank menu and the 'no cd' message.

Do any of you guys know what I did wrong? Sad

Edit 1: I'm starting to think that it is the patch, because in december my downloaded Island Paradise worked fine. But if i reinstall sims 3 + island paradise i get the blank menu.

Please try again re-doing the steps from #2 to #4 in the following guide, and make sure to do them as precisely as possible:
