Disc Problems?

Hey guys, new member here, I think this is the right place to post (awful at forums D:).
So, I followed all of the steps for installing my new expansion pack (Pets) but one familiar message always seems to crop up with the launcher - "No game disc found! Please insert The Sims 3 Pets game disc before proceeding."
I know that it's a really
thing to ask for 
But I just can't seem to fix it. I've tried searching for help and I seem to have fixed all the problems but this one. If anyone could give us a hand I'd be really grateful.

You should try re-doing the steps from #2 to #4 in that guide, and make sure to do them as precisely as possible. So, for example, in the last step, when you paste the #crack-files from the Ultimate fix into the base game location, you should also OVERWRITE all of the original files (choose "copy and replace" for all files, when prompted).
There isn't much behind it, actually. Good luck for now though !
