I was wondering if there was any way to get The Sims 3 Roaring Heights.  I thought into the future was the last expansion, but I got on the sims website and that one was available.

It is a world, not expansion. You can download it from http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/ts3/neighbourhoods.html

Another thing to add: if you download and install this world, you should also install the latest available "store fixes", from here (instructions are included in the download):
