Sim3 crashes when loading a town.

I had the Sims 3 base game working fine with cracks.



Then I decided to download and install all the expansions.



I installed all of the expansions following the directions.



I can load the game via the .EXE. Loading it with the launcher just causes the program to stop responding.



When the game loads, I can choose to create a new game or load an old one.



No matter what I choose, the game crashes about 25% of the way to loading.



I've done the ultimate fix and DEP exceptions.



Any insight to this is helpful
