Loading town freezes/crashes game!! [SOLVED]

Okay so I recently got both The Sims 3 Base game and Showtime from G4TW. I followed all the instructions and applied the cracks correctly. Then I Applied the ultimate fix to the game (following the instructions correctly). The game starts up fine and I try to start a new town, but when it starts to load the game freezes and the only way I can get out of it is by restarting my computer..... PLEASE HELP!!!! P.S. I have no mods or custom content.

Can you download and apply the manual patch here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v157-fix-manual-patch?

Afterwards, apply the #crack of the Ultimate Fix again (you only need this folder by the way) to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
