The Sims 3 Error(not Responding) After Update to 1.50.56.xxx. [SOLVED]

Hello i have a Problem in My game (the sims 3 :3 )

so Before i updated my Game,it Was Fine 
But After I updated it,my Game always Not Responding


I tried to Using Ultimate Fix,And it still Not Responding
I Reinstal My game and it still not Working


Help me please        

oh... And I have EP (University,Season And High End)

Do you have any CC installed? Mod? Overrides? Try removing them first( move the Mods folder to desktop should do it) and restart the game.

My Game Very very Clean Without Mod and CC  

But when i Turn Off my internet

I can play Without Not Responding
