Keep getting message "You are playing an unauthorized copy of The Sims 3"

I downloaded my Sims 3 game from you guys and now I'm getting the message "You are playing an unauthorized, non-final version of The Sims 3." I have applied the new patch and the fix that was suggested in these forums and didn't help. I also tried re-downloading the game and it did the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's really making me mad.

That is a known "error" if you have the base game only. It doesn't do any harm and you can play the game just fine.

DO NOT skip any steps and note that you need at least one expansion pack that was released after and including Generations! (As described on the page I linked you too)
