Sims 3 Lot CC not showing up in game

I have correctly installed Sims 3 with your fix and all that jazz.
AND THIS PROBLEM IS KILLING ME!
So I install a custom lot and the lot shows up, but some of the cc is not there.
It is not the creators fault because this has not been a problem before with the same lots. I've tried everything and now I'm posting here because I truly don't know what to do.

I think I put this in the wrong forum. I'm not sure if I can delete it or a mod can move it for me.

edit - I just tried playing without a save file. so far didn't work. i'm going to try to to take out the mod folder, uninstall a lot and then try again.

In My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3, delete the following stuff:
-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-plus the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"
Re-start the game then and see if anything improved. Unfortunately this is a common problem, and it can mean that the CC is not working with your current base game version. Other instances can include that the CC got deleted/corrupted if you updated the game.
In these cases (or in all others actually) I recommend you rename the folder "The Sims 3", in My Documents/Electronic Arts, into anything you like, but BEFORE updating the game to a newer version ! After you updated, rename the folder back to what it was originally.
Then re-start the game again.

So far its sort of working. The issue I have now is Sims 3 Content from the store is not installing. I believe it is because of I don't have the latest Sims 3 store content patch and it won't install. Is a manual download available?

Sorry, for the very late reply, but if you feel that you are "overlooked", feel free to contact one of the (active) Helpers/Mods via private messaging on the forum here.
As for your issue, you cannot install too many .sims3pack files at once with the launcher, otherwise the items won't show up. For an alternative way of installing .sims3packs, have a look at this here:

P.S. are you also using CC items in the .package file format ?

Hey! Okay so I still have the issue.
Usually the things i want downloaded are lots - so ccmagic won't support it when I have used it. Cause the lots I download come with cc furniture and all that jazz. It'll download the house sometimes and the interior just has random in place furniture.
I guess my big issue is downloading CC thats in sims3pack format and it won't work. And yes I have also use package forms.
