Sims movie stuff content not showing in game. [SOLVED] Empty Sims movie stuff content not showing in game. [SOLVED]

Hello.

I'm sorry if this has already been posted, I didn't see it if it has been. But I just installed the Sims 3 Movie stuff, an when I log in an go to as...I don't have any of the hairs, clothes, an when I get into the actually game there are no movie stuff buy items. I've applied the fix, updated. I even installed it correctly Thinking maybe my download was messed up I re downloaded, uninstalled ( made sure I cleared out registry) then re- installled. Still no Sims 3 movie stuff content. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,

So when you start the game, do you actually see the "Movie stuff" splashscreen ? If yes, you could try this "filtering" method:

Sims movie stuff content not showing in game. [SOLVED] 56357210

In buy-mode, choose "sort by category" (arrow #1), and then on the right "filter content" (arrow #2). There, choose the "Movie stuff" logo. And then see if you can find any of the items.

There is no splash screen, There is no Movie stuff logo in the content filter. The stuff from the stuff pack just isn;t anywhere in my game,

I actually figured it out. I just uninstalled, cleared my registery then reinstalled, Last time when it wasn't working I only applied the ultimate fix. This time  used the Movie stuff crack an now it's working fine.


Moderator edit: OK, while the solution does sound a bit 'strange', I'm glad you figured it out yourself (since I couldn't really suggest anything else). Happy simming ! Topic closed.
