Need help game is at the title just showing the sims 4 and nothing else.

game is just showing sims 4 title screen, like the loading screen with no loading bar or anything. i just put in the ultimate fix before i just started

Do you have any mods or CC that may be stopping the game & do you have the correct system requirements for the game?

CC is Custom Content.
When it's stuck, can you please press CTRL ALT DEL and open Task Manager. Once open, tell me if TS4 goes completely white. If it does, repeat the steps and try and close TS4. If it doesn't close, you'll have to restart your PC.

Try renaming your Sims 4 folder in C:/Documents/Electronic Arts and trying again

By the way, how much free space do you have on your SSD or primary hard-drive ? Make sure to have enough extra free space all the time, in order to ensure system stability.
