No options visible. Can't start game, choose town, log in, etc. [SOLVED]

Hey guys, I just started playing TS3 again after almost a year and I updated everything (Store Fixes, serious CC) I even merged my clothes and hair (wasn't much). I also just installed Into the Future, with no problems and the game starts just fine. The problems happen when the game actually loads into the options and whatnot. I also get that message saying I have out of date things when I have literally updated everything, and all the modders have said that their mods are fine for 1.67. I have attached a screenshot of my Mods folder, and the problem I have when the game loads. I don't know what Sims 3 Buy Objects or Sims 3 Build Objects is, they're really big and I don't want to delete them just in case they're important.




Whenever I press New Game nothing happens, same with pressing the blank spaces where the options should be, when I press the chechmark, and pretty much when I press anything nothing happens.

I guess I should stop jumping the gun before doing research. I changed my SKU to 7 (like I found in a similar thread) and I also used the Ultimate Fix. I was skeptical because well "it can't be SUPER ultimate?!" well it is SUPER ultimate. It fixed that window I got that some stuff was out of date (doesn't show anymore), and I can see all the options now! Can someone mark this thread solved?

Have you used the Ultimate Fix? That worked for me.

I did and it does the same thing. :[

To be honest with you I still had some cc in there that was "supposed" to still work for 1.67 so it hadn't been updated. I deleted those as well just to be safe. Do you have all your cc up to date?
