Anybody know how to get old game?

Hi friend, I feel I miss my childhood, the child hood games. the first time I use computer, I play campionship manager 2002/2003, then the second time I play world cup 98. i play so many game at that time ,my favourite is fifa soccer manager 96/97 because it have 3d animation,where there arent any other manager game give us 3d animation until fm 2010 create it. imagine urself, its 14 year later!

I didnt play those game anymore since I start to play Football manager 2005. I continue to play fm 2006,2007,until current 2014. Also play fifa 2010,then switch to PES until now

but in this year, I really miss my childhood soccer games. I want to play those game again. I looking for my CD, because my brother used to bought cd game in the past. but I just found fifa 99 and world cup 98 cd,both are already broken :(daemon tools cannot create backup image now Sad

The another cd, cm 99.00 and my favourite fifa soccer manager 96/97 ,I not found that.. its lost .. Crying or Very sad

so I need your help now, as I cannot buy things online

1.where to get those game? I need the ful version of these game, but I am so rarely found them.. instead I found the new one,but I want the old one..

2.anybody know how to fix cd? My world cup 98 cd is broken, but still could opened.is there anyway to save this cd ..?

Hello,

You could check out the local (video game) stores in your area, sometimes they mave have old stuff - somewhere. If online buying is not an option for you, you could maybe ask someone else (friend, relative) to order it for you online. Or ask if the shops themselves could order the games for you too.

As for broken CDs, if the scratches are not "too deep" and the CD is "just" dirty, you could try cleaning it carefully. There are special cloths for that, but alternatively, you can also use any other SOFT cloth for that, like handkerciefs. Keep in mind to clean the CD from the inside to the outside. Personally I wouldn't use any aggressive cleaning fluids, just plain water with a bit of "normal" soap perhaps, but not more.

There are also special fluids that can "fill" the scratches of optical discs, but maybe someone else has more experience with that - I never tried that myself, so I can't tell either whether this can work.

I'm sorry I can't offer more tips than that. Sad

Hi there,

After cleaning the disc(s), try saving them by creating image files of the disc(s), using something like PowerISO/UltraISO. If it's not possible any more, it'll result in an error anyway.

is there any site to get old game?

about broken cd so I have 2 broken cd

world cup 98: I see some yellow dot on the cd.. look like its a kind of mushroom .maybe its dirty, I try using daemon tools for create image file,but stop at 45% progress..
so I clean in up with soap?

fifa 99: from the center of the cd (the hole) there is like small straight hole. I want to send photos here but I dont know how to send bluetooth file to my notebook (its not detect my phone's bluetooth) ,also I dont know how to post picture directly from my phone here. my phone is android..

so I get that CM game from a site. The site says that Campionship manager would give us free game every 10 years. so CM 2002 would free downloadable in 2012. CM 2003 in 2013, and so on

At that time, I curious about old DOS game.so I looking for free DOS game online, and get CM 94 for free . I download cm 94 and cm 97. I forgot why, but I think maybe because that is still 2007, so CM 98 isnt free at that time

I think its CM original website. but I didnt found this kind of things, so my question

Cleaning the discs only makes sense if the discs are "only" slightly dirty and if they are not too damaged, so if you say a disc has "holes", then I'm afraid there isn't much you can do about that.

As for the games, have you actually tried googling for these games already ? Often, if you look long enough, you can often find them somewhere on the internet. If you can't find them on the internet, I'm afraid you'll have to try getting these games elsewhere.
