Speed Time. Game Freezes?

Hi I am posting on behalf of a friend on their netbook.
They can play the game and Sims Medieval fine but on Sims 3 they speed up time then when they go to normal time the game will freeze as nothing can be selected but static animations play such as water and sleeping ZZZ. Ultimate fix applied, games from this website.
Any ideas?
Specs:
Acer AMD C-70 APU 1 GHz
2GB RAM
64 bit architecture
Raedon HD Graphics (probably integrated as it is a netbook)

try this
1. delete chaches
2. put the game on a lower setting or in windowed mode
3. check your cc
4. ultimate fix

Hello and sorry for the late reply,
If, by "NETBOOK", you mean the same thing as me, then I hope you're aware that netbooks aren't made for gaming in the first place.
Even if you can "run" TS3 on a netbook, you might, in the long run, do serious damage to the netbook (due to overheating of components like the GPU and CPU).
