Installing World Adventures ~halp pls~ Empty Installing World Adventures ~halp pls~

Okay, so I decided that I wanted World Adventures but I already have Late Night, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise and Into The Future. I installed all of those expansions from kickass torrents and they're all the 'games4theworld' torrents. I really really really don't want to go back and install them in order. I installed Late Night after I installed all those ones after it and it works perfectly fine. I'm not sure if I should still follow step 5 and 6 of the World Adventures installation guide because my game is up to date and I don't need those updates... 
"5. Now open the 'Crack 3' folder and start the 'Sims3_1.2.7.00002_from_1.0.631.00002.exe'
patch.
6. Do the same with the other .exe Patches in the 'Crack 3' folder, from up to down."
Can someone tell me if I can skip that and just go ahead and start with the expansion setup? I'd greatly appreciate the help.

Ignore the instructions inside World Adventures. Always follow the steps from #2 to #4, for updating and cracking the game:
