custom content installation failed

custom content installation failed

I reinstalled my game and updated it to the latest patch(1.67).But when i installed roaring heights gold(from games4theworld),it says installation failed. 
I searched through the internet and i reinstalled it again many times but still, no luck 
. Please 
me

How did you install the file? Usually double-clicking it is enough...
Also, what exact error are you getting?
