Hi, well I downloaded the game with all its expansions from your page, I followed the steps on how to install the game with the patch and the ultimate fix, but the game keeps crashing me when I choose clothing season, the game exits and the message appears: the sims 3 has stopped working. Please! I need your help, I miss my sims: (
