Sims 3 doesn't work after following must-read-installation. [SOLVED]
Last week I ran into an older download of the Sims 3 and since it was still installed I started playing. It was quite a big bummer though that it kept crashing as soon as I opened a saved game (where it used to work perfectly) so I downloaded and reinstalled the game. That did not work properly as well (blue screens and stuff so i updated the drivers of my Nvidia Graphics Card).
Then browsing around the web i came across the Games4theWorld download. After Deinstallation of the previous download including a register-cleanse with CCleaner I started downloading the Games4theWorld zip-files and then followed with the installation of The Sims 3 and all expansion packs without World adventure, Late night, Supernatural and Island Paradise (also the EA downloadmanager and . It all seemed to go well and very smooth. No errors during installations and updates So I installed all the files and after that applied the patches and the fix. That did not work, so just to be sure I restarted my laptop, and recopied the last crack into the bin folder of my 'The Sims 3' folder again.
Sadly it still doesn't work. Either when I try to start the game with the Desktop Icon (Sims 3 University, my last installed expansion) or through the Icon in the EA/The Sims 3/Game/Bin folder.
Through the desktop it opens the Launcher and gives me an error which says "There was an error during startup, please see the log for more details" And when i try to open it from the folder it gives me an "Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)
Anyone willing/able to help save my already quite pathetic saturday by helping me play this game, that i really didn't want to play that badly to begin with, but now turned into some kind of mission to make **** work?
//EDIT
It still doesn't work but after trying this https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t6052-error-during-startup-see-log-for-more-details-fix I got a little bit further. Now I can get into the launch menu. But after wanting to start the game I get a new error saying "Unable to start game. Server initialization failed 0x0175d824"

Hello,
See this here:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
You only need to re-do the steps from #2 to #4 correctly. And please ignore the expansion folders of the Ultimate fix; you ONLY need the folder named #crack, exactly as stated in the guide I linked to. Good luck !
P.S turn off your anti-virus software before applying the Ultimate fix.

Re: Sims 3 doesn't work after following must-read-installation. [SOLVED]
Your fix didn't change anything as well. But after uninstalling, manually cleaning my registers again, defragmentation and running the ccleaner then once more the problem seemed to be in the game not wanting to start up in Full screen. I came across a topic here where the solution was 'adjusting the resolution in the mydocuments/EA games/options file' for me that did not do the trick, but after realising that it stopped working when the game tried to jump to full screen adjusting the full screen option to 0 did do it.

Hello there,
So everything is working as it should now?
That's good news; is there anything else we can currently help you with?
