How is The Sims Medieval 2.0?

I played around in The Sims Medieval for a while and loved it.. I just stopped playing when I couldn't unlock my free play kingdom; then back to Sims 3.. It just so happens that i uninstalled it a day after the 2.0 patch came out.. Then the day after I read and realized that I barely missed this update.. Anyway, I'm just asking; is it fun? Anything significant in 2.0?

When I installed P&N and updated/patched the game, the only thing I have noticed a change (other then more clothes and Quests) was that if you left-click on the floor you can adjust privacy to each room, so now we will no longer have to worry about interruptions while our sims sleep or woohoo. No longer having children only coming to visit just to play in your with your mirror or to splash in your wash bucket.
