Game error

I have an error when i was installing a mod and when i opened it i got this error 
and now i can't play anymore
I placed it in the C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
When i loaded the game up. it gave that error, i got the mod from here http://uoem.com/forums/threads/sims-3-blur-censor-removal-patch.17569/
The mod is called Shaders_Win32.precomp, my game was working fine until i tried installing it....and now i fear i have broken the game now
Can someone please help me?

Hello,
You need to remove that mod again. Then, you either forget about it altogether, or try looking for an updated version of the mod, that is compatible with your base game version. If it is already the most "up-to-date" version, then just forget about it.
After you removed the mod, please make sure to delete the scriptCache.package file, located in My Documents/Eelctronic Arts/The Sims 3, before you re-start the game.

I removed the script cache and the mod from the respective folders and it still gave the same error...i should say when i put it in the C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin folder, it replaced a file in the same name as well (Shaders_Win32.precomp)

What kind of mod is that - that you need to replace files in the base game folder ...?! I'm not sure if it works, but it may be possible that if you re-run the latest manual patch, then this file will be "re-created". So...re-do the steps from #2 to #4 here:

I have no idea what kind of mod it was but it was to remove the censor on the Sims
So, I did everything that you said and it works again, Thank you; my saves are still there i was so worried that they might have been deleted but my worries are gone! Thank you, Thank you so much! I'll never download a mod that has to be done like that again *sigh* Thanks G4TW you saved me!
