Are The Ultimate Fixes 4gb Patched?

Hi, I have a few quick questions and would graciously appreciate the help. Before I installed the Ultimate Fix I had ran every Sims 3 executable through the 4gb patcher, plus turned off data excursion. Now that I have downloaded and installed The Ultimate Fix, do I need to redo these steps? I have been experiencing weird crashing problems and sometimes blurry textures, and came here bc I thought this fix would help. Thank you for your time. c-:

No, by default, the game files aren't "patched". So after you re-do the steps from #2 to #4 here:

You need to re-run the 4 GB patch.
As for the DEP, look at my post here, and do what is shown there; by this method you can disable the DEP "globally":https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t17450-hotel-giant-2#119626

Okay I just tried the global DEP thing and it said Access Denied. I am the Administrator and the only user on this laptop so, can you explain why I'm getting denied?

This is technically (almost?) impossible, but let's see.
In Windows Vista/7, just open the start menu, and in the "search programs and files"-box at the bottom, type in cmd, and when the cmd.exe shows up at the top, you can either right-click on it and choose "run as administrator" or you can press CTRL + ALT + ENTER, right after you type in cmd.
In Windows 8, press the Windows key + X. Then, in the menu that comes up, choose Command Prompt (Admin).
After you get the success-message, re-boot the computer (!!!). And then you're good to go. If for some weird reason you still cannot do this (I was able to do it effortlessly...), then do the DEP-thing manually, as described here:

I'm such a goof, I post my thanks in the wrong thread man! Anyhow I just have one more question. You can only patch .exe's in Large Address Aware, there is no point patching the .dll's that came with The Fix right? Probably a stupid question but anyway thanks again for the help so far man. ;-p

No, you only have to do the DEP/4 GB patch with .exe files, and nothing else. So when you're done with the .exe's, you're good to go.
